Name, country, phone, email or messenger identifier, profession, experience and inquiry details. For employers: organisation, contact person, industry, location, roles and requested headcount.
Do not use the general form to send passports, visas, permits, banking data, medical records or other sensitive documents. A separate protected route should be provided when required.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We process data to answer an inquiry, prepare an offer, coordinate an agreed recruitment route, comply with legal duties and protect the service from misuse. Grounds may include consent, steps requested before a contract, contract performance and applicable legal duties.
4. Recipients and transfers
Access is limited to authorised staff and providers who need the data to handle the inquiry. Data may be shared with a potential employer only as part of an agreed process. TrustWork does not sell personal data.
When Telegram or another provider is used, its infrastructure may process data. Access settings and the permitted data set must be approved before the channel goes live.
5. Retention
Data is kept only as long as needed to answer and handle the inquiry, or until consent is withdrawn, unless a longer period is required by law or contract. A specific retention schedule must be approved before live form submission starts.

The website may process security logs, IP address, browser and device details for stability and abuse prevention. Optional analytics or advertising cookies require a separate notice and consent setup.
